No screen selected
Create a screen, upload your PowerPoint slides (exported as JPGs), then point the PC at it.
Screen shape
Best: set Windows Settings › Display › Display orientation to Portrait and leave this on "No". Use rotate only if the PC can't be changed.
Slide timing
Individual slides can override the time — click a slide's time on the Playlist tab.
Weather between slides
0 = off (the wind slide only plays where it sits in the playlist). Uses the settings of your "Today's wind" slide if there is one.

Updates
The check is a tiny "has anything changed?" request. Only new or changed slides are downloaded. Push now updates immediately.
Reloads the player once a night to keep the PC fresh. Clear it to disable.
Bottom banner
Lower = more of the photo shows through the banner (frosted glass). 100 = solid.
Transparent PNG works best. A white box around the logo is removed automatically.
What it shows
Weather location
Forecast from Open-Meteo (free weather model data), refreshed every 10 minutes. Wind is 10 m height, in knots, direction is where it blows from.
Footer wind forecast
Predicted average wind, direction and strongest gust over each session's hours. The footer shows sessions still to come today (NOW / NEXT), up to three. Sessions are also marked on the Today's wind slide. On days with no sessions, or after the last one, the footer shows the next few hours instead.
Player address for this screen
Open this in Microsoft Edge or Chrome on the display PC. The key in the address is what links the PC to this screen — treat it like a password.
Set up the display PC (Windows 10/11)
Only used if the PC still has a factory name like DESKTOP-2FA0P37 (or you type one here). Up to 15 letters, numbers and hyphens. Clear it to keep the PC's current name.
Recommended for screens nobody logs into. Turn off to run the player under whoever is signed in.
Copy the downloaded .cmd to the display PC (USB or email) and double-click it. Approve the admin prompt; if Windows SmartScreen appears choose More info › Run anyway. It sets Edge to show this screen full-screen, restarts it if closed, and stops the PC sleeping, blanking or showing pop-ups.
Or paste a PowerShell command instead
Run in PowerShell as Administrator.
On the screen
- Press I to show the status overlay (version, cache, connection).
- Press → / ← to step through slides.
- Press R to force a content check.
- Keeps playing from its local copy if the internet drops.
Manage
Moving a screen to another customer gives that customer's users access to it. Click Save to apply.
A new key disconnects any PC using the old address.
